Schedule

The 2025 schedule is shown below. Be sure to check the schedule closer to the event date to track any changes. The final schedule will also be included in Rider's Guide.


Many riders will arrive on Wednesday, November 5, 2024 to check-in to lodging and attend the first meeting at 4:30 pm, which covers details about the rides and events on Thursday. 
  • Packet pickup from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
  • Dinner from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.

We will provide the Event Guide on this page when it is complete.
